Here is one of my favorite nail polishes that I have tried lately. Meet Julep Tali.
Look at the picture of the nail polish bottle above. On the surface, it looks just like an icy blue nail polish, which is perfect for winter or summer. And that would be a great nail polish to have, as I like blue nail polish. Dark blue nail polish, navy blue nail polish, bright blue nail polish, light blue nail polish, I really like them all.
But the beautiful light blue color is not all for Julep Tali Nail Polish. In addition to the beautiful blue color, this nail polish also has a very beautiful holographic effect. This is a really cool effect, take a look:
